In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged game board, jewelry item or book due to shipping, please email us at: email@example.com and explain the situation. We will then expedite you a brand new item free of charge. For larger orders, we may need you to ship the damaged order back to us (we pay return shipping) in order to issue you a refund or replacement.
If you would like to return your items for any other reason, you will receive a full refund if the item(s) is returned within 10 business days and ONLY if it is unopened.
